I need a formula for this algebra question?

I am actually doing this type of stuff myself but...I get the first part only here is how you do it. 1/5 * 16/5 or something like that...I got a 91 on the quiz I think I did fine. Then you ugh... multiply by 3 then find out how many henways they made in 22 days. then use Rate times time is equal to the distance or something like that...I'm sorry that's the best I can do I'm in 8th grade what do you expect?
