Hi I run cross country, track, and play tennis. im fast and pretty athletic. my legs and arms are normal/skinny. Yet I have some belly fat. Im doing ab eworkouts and I run like 4-6 miles a day. What shuld i eat, how do you lose love handles(mild) and do ab workouts get rid of fat. people always say im not fat but Iwant abs :p(I dont lok fat but im pretty sure I got too much belly fat. Plz help thx!
