Is this teacher retarded?!?!?

Today my teacher(in high school) was giving us a random notebook check. She wanted us to show her certain diagrams 3 or 4. She comes to me says no thats not it. She goes to the next kid and says YUP 100! I said what the hell that is the same thing I have. I had 3 of them on 1 page and I ran out of room so I put the last diagram on the next page. Shes like uhhhh HELLO it needs to be on the same page- that is not it. She never told us about putting anything on the same page. Cmon if you run out of room you room out of room and go to the next page, right? Then she tells me I got an 85- even though I had everything but it wasn't "right" in her retarded world. So then she goes to the next kid and gives him a 75 cause he has nothing to show. She then goes to the next kid and he has nothing ethier and gives him a 55. I think she makes up her own grades. Do you think its normal and right for a high school teacher to do this? What do you think?
