Are these herbs stimulants or depressants (as in how mint is stimulating and Chamomile settles you down)?

Lemon Balm is the only one of those that is truly a calming herb (as in it can help calm you or help you sleep), but none of them are stimulants (as in being enough to keep you up at night). Some may have "cool" or "hot" properties according to certain herbal traditions, but they don't have significant enough properties to be stimulants or depressants. For example, Feverfew helps to calm down sensitivities in the brain so it's commonly used for headaches or migraines, but it's not a "depressant" or a relaxant that would help someone sleep or relax. I hope this helps!
