Help! Lineage II problems?

I just downloaded Lineage II: Freya, and I can't sing in on my account... this tell me that my ID or pword are wrong, I verified and put correctly my id and p correctly and I can't... but I can sing in on ncsoft website. I make a new account and I fkn got the same problem.. What can I do?
