I registered for JSA on 22nd dec. 2009, signed on again on 15th jan 2010 but still have not received any money?

I am homeless at the moment and need the entitlement to benefit letter to show the council i have put in my application but up to today i have not received it at the correspondence address and hav had to sleep outside and rough because the council need that letter as proof
