I need help finding new friends!?

okay well im not moving or anything, its just that im losing all my friends by the second. my best friend just moved today to sarasota, florida. btw i live in north carolina. then my other best friend moved away to another part of nc a couple monthes ago. when i go back to school, i dont know who to hang out with. this past year i would hang out with a lot of people. but i kinda hate them all now. they are all stuck up and snobby rich kids. i have a couple people in mind but they arent wild like my best friends that moved. im 13, but i like to do...crazy stuff. i also have another person in mind. idk who he is. actually nobody here does. he just moved here from ohio like 3 weeks ago. i know he plays challenge soccer. please help me decide some kids like, give me some examples of good quiality friends. thanks.
