Volvo chart. I have not received my 'first clue' email yet! Did you wait two days after entering the code?

I have my chart from Volvo and entered the pirate code in the 'join' section, yet after two days have not received my first clue. I've checked my spam and junk in case the email went there. Any suggestions?!
