Are You Psychic? I need some advice on a vision that I had.?

Ok about two months ago I asked my third eye to show me who my girlfriend would be. I saw myself in a black car riding with this girl and I was picked up in front of the old Citadel Building. Well One night I went to the club and met this girl and we really connected and when we were walking home her boyfriend picked me up in a black car in front of the citadel building and took me home. Well no shes broken up with her boyfriend, and I just need to know from a psychic if she is the girl that is going to be my girlfriend next. She lives right upstairs from me.
