Shouldn't Ukraine become a member of NATO hurriedly? ?

normally I disagree with most of your statements...but this time i agree with you....all former USSR "buffer" states and especially all former states of the USSR need to band together to protect themselves from Russian aggression....if these countries band together for mutual defense, NATO and America needs to defend them as if they were our sister's new husband....I hesitate to say let them all be members of NATO, because that is something that needs to be earned by a developed trust...but yes, let the Russians sweat at the prospect of an united defense against them...let them sweat at the economic problems of being a rogue nation....we cannot allow a bully to take these countries one by one...but we must exact a commitment from these countries
