How can I get a manipulator out of my life?

I have ask him to leave. He won't help pay bills and says to me he has no where to go. NOT MY PROBLEM but he brings up our child and the drama that will come if he can't see her. I don't want her growing up thinking it's ok to be treated that way. He won't grow up. He'll get paid on friday and broke on monday
