Does Cambridge/Oxford have a complete dictionary?

The OED is recognized as the ultimate authory for British English. (Webster's for American) Any old dictionary worth publishing is good enough for people learning English. I have any old dictionary in French, German, Spanish and Latin, and they suit my pedestian needs admirably, but I am not seeking a chair at a seat of learning. Are you?
